Our company name is Cooking 4 Life, inc., and we teach people to save time, money and nutrition in the kitchen. We do this through health and nutrition dinner shows. Our commitment is to help people be more conscious about their food selection and preparation choices in the kitchen.

The menu consists of:
• Fried chicken w/ NO GREASE (it's delicious and so healthy!)
• Veggies: Peas, carrots, corn and cabbage
• Mashed potatoes (with 80% of the starch removed)
• Salad (with high antioxidants)
• Vegetarian Lasagna (prepared in 4 – 8 minutes)
• Our world famous Salad cake—baked on top the stove with veggies in it!
This entire meal has only 300 calories and less than 6 grams of fat… including the cake!
And it's prepared in 30 – 45 minutes! Ya Gotta see it to believe it!
